PROJECT DETAILS

The Broadstone Walk Apartments project in Apex, NC involved the installation of utilities including 3,520 LF of storm drainage, 68 catch basins, 2,282 LF of sewer line, 15 manholes, and 1,620 LF of 8” waterline. 

Emphasis was based on schedule and protection of work in-place due to it being a condensed multi-family project with numerous contractors onsite.
