The Calyx Assisted Living project in Apex involves extensive site preparation and utilities installation for a new assisted living facility on a 4-acre site. Major tasks include clearing, erosion control, cutting and hauling off of over 58,000 cubic yards of material, installation of more than 5,000 Lf of utilities, a large underground detention system, curb, stone, asphalt, and sidewalk installation.
