Major tasks include erosion control, clearing, existing pond removal, earthwork including basement wall over-excavation and backfill, retaining walls, more than 15,000 Lf of utilities installation, pump stations, curb, stone, asphalt, sidewalk, and an offsite widening/overlay of Forestville and Buffaloe Roads complete with new Signalization.
