The scope of work included erosion control, extensive demolition, mass excavation and disposal of 96,510 cubic yards of contaminated material, soil nailing, and the abandonment of existing utilities. The project was notable for its large-scale earthmoving and disposal requirements while maintaining a very demanding schedule.
