The Hunter's Pointe project was awarded in late 2022 and is estimated to be completed in December 2024. Our scope covered 17 acres of clearing, earthwork - including more than 140,000 CY of cut to fill, 16,000 Sf of retaining wall, and 106 lots.
Key installations also included more than 16,000 Lf of water, sewer, and storm drainage, 8,000 LF of curb, asphalt paving, sidewalk, and a complete offsite turn-lane and widening package.
