PROJECT DETAILS

Sitework on 25 acres, that included heavy clearing, earthwork, erosion control, water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and paving. The project included 50 lots, more than 130,000 CY of earthwork, 10,000 linear feet of utilities, curb, stone, asphalt, and sidewalk. 

It was a schedule-driven project where we worked with the owner/developer and engineers to help minimize unforeseen schedule impacts.
